U and I Drinks – Shipping Policy:

We hope your shopping experience with us has been as smooth as we designed it to be. Here are a few details about shipping your order which we have tried to make as simple as possible

Cost:

Shipping is charged at a flat rate depending on the weight of your order. For orders with 0-2Kg of goods, the fee is £3.95. For orders over 2Kg, the delivery fee is £5.95 and delivery is free regardless of weight when you spend £40 or more in a single order.

Processing time:

As soon as we receive your order, we get to work packing it and preparing it for dispatch. Orders are always dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and often the same day. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email so that you can follow your parcel’s progress. We do not operate on weekends, so orders on a weekend will be begin their processing time on Monday morning.

Standard Delivery to the UK: Up to 3 business days

Next day options may be available at checkout depending on the availability of products in your order.

Please take public holidays into consideration when expecting your delivery and that we cannot dispatch on those days.

Covid-19:

Please be aware that during the Covid-19 pandemic there may be minor delays to delivery although presently we are not experiencing any issues with deliveries.

Brexit:

We are monitoring developments with regards to the UK exit from the European Union. Presently we are not experiencing any delays to our supply chain or other effects. However, we will continue to monitor the situation.

Awful customer service

First of all they forgot to send half of my order. I emailed to try fix this issue and got no response. 3 emails later, still no response. In the meantime I’ve had 3 emails asking me to review my order. So here you are. I wish I could give 0 star review.

Paid for next day delivery by 3pm - it never happened

I paid for next day delivery by 3pm and got my package 4 days after. Bad customer service

Worst company ever

Order not delivered six weeks after payment taken. All reminders have been ignored.

Glorious still sweet Vouvray

I know my taste is unusual, but to sit down at 6pm, feet up and relaxing with a glass of Nicolas Brunet 2015 Vouvray Tranquille Moelleux is a glorious start to a perfect evening by the fireside in front of the television. Throw in a crispy biscuit snack and heaven is not far away.
