Please read these terms & conditions carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an agreement to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your and accepted your order, and that a contract had been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing error, we will advise you of this. We will not dispatch the goods, we will refund any payment made, and there will be no contract between us.
If the goods are not available, we may offer to supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, we will not dispatch the goods, we will refund any payment made, and there will be no contract between us.
How to place an order
1. Select the items you require from our website by clicking the item(s) you require from our website by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ link shown for the item.
2. Items that you have selected can be reviewed at any time via the ‘Cart’ link.
3. When you have completed the selections click on the ‘Checkout’ link to complete your order. You will be asked to provide delivery and payment information via secure web pages. Please review your order carefully before submission to avoid problems.
4. If you make a mistake during ordering please contact us as soon as possible.
If you need to amend your order prior to placing it you may do show on the cart page. Remove items or amend quantities using the controls provided. You may need to refresh the contents of your basket for changes to take effect. If you get really stuck please call or email us.
All orders under £40 value are subject to a flat delivery charge of £6.95. All orders of a value over £40 will be shipped anywhere in the UK for free and guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days. Tracking information is provided for your shipment and more details on delivery times are available on the shipping policy page. Next day options may be available at checkout depending on the products you are ordering.
COVID-19 UPDATE: While we endeavour to send goods as promptly as possible, please be aware that due to the capacity of our operations during the Covid-19 Epidemic, it may take up to ten days from time of ordering for goods to be received. Normally orders will arrive within 2 days of purchase.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please inform us promptly.
Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the date of delivery. To do this, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. You do not have to give any reason for the cancellation. However, a brief explanation may help us to improve the service that we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own shipping expense and only by an insured, tracked courier such as TNT global. Please ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Goods must be in the exact same condition they were sold in.
If you fail to take care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, you may not be eligible for a refund.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Please bear in mind that to achieve these incredible prices we occasionally find that the outer product packaging – a shoe box for example – may have minor wear due to it being transferred from the manufacturers warehouse, to us.
